How we work together
Every engagement begins with a short introductory conversation. This allows us to confirm fit, clarify the context you are working in and agree on the most useful way forward.
If we decide to proceed, scope, cadence and fees are confirmed clearly before any commitment is made.
Self funded coaching for South African clients
Sessions typically run over three to four months. This option is best suited to professionals navigating role transitions, leadership stretch, confidence challenges, or complex interpersonal dynamics at work.
This option is designed for individuals funding their own coaching.

Company funded, corporate and international work
For clients funded by their organisation, or based outside South Africa, engagements are scoped based on context, seniority and objectives.
This may include leadership coaching, career advisory, headhunting or decision support within organisations.
