I work with experienced professionals, as well as organisations operating in competitive, high-performing environments where judgement, timing and people decisions are important. My work spans career direction, leadership decision quality and senior HR/ talent advisory. 

Clients are typically experienced operators who think carefully, take responsibility seriously and want to make decisions they can defend over time. They want rigorous thinking space, informed challenge and practical support to move forward deliberately.

My background includes more than a decade in senior HR and talent leadership roles within high growth tech businesses, alongside professional coach training aligned to international standards. This combination allows me to work credibly at the point where decisions are made under pressure, with trade offs and downstream impact.
