Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Laila Kramer Coaching, we are committed to providing a professional and supportive coaching experience. Our policies are designed to respect both your time and ours, while ensuring fairness for all clients—local and international.
Session Cancellations & Rescheduling
● Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice via email to laila@lailakramercoaching.com.
● Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full, except in the case of genuine emergencies.
● If you do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered used and will be charged in full.
Refunds
● Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.
● If you purchase a coaching package and later decide not to proceed before your first session, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing laila@lailakramercoaching.com.
● Refunds are not issued for partially used packages.
● In the unlikely event that Laila Kramer Coaching cancels your session or is unable to fulfill the service, you will receive the option of rescheduling the unused sessions.
International Clients
● All pricing is in South African Rands (ZAR). International payments are processed securely via Paystack or bank transfer. Please ensure currency conversion fees are covered by your bank or card provider.
● This policy applies equally to all clients, regardless of location.
