What to Expect From Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative journey focused on empowering you to achieve your goals and create positive change. Unlike therapy, which often explores the past to heal, coaching is primarily future-oriented. It’s a partnership where I provide support, guidance, and tools to help you:

While distinct, coaching and other modalities like counseling or mentoring can overlap. Coaching may touch on personal challenges insofar as they impact your goals, and it incorporates techniques to enhance self-awareness, similar to some therapeutic approaches. The core focus remains on forward movement and action.

  • Initial Clarity: We’ll start by defining your goals and what you want to achieve through coaching.

  • Structured Conversations: Sessions involve focused discussions, powerful questioning, and exercises designed to facilitate insight and action planning.
