Coaching is a collaborative journey focused on empowering you to achieve your goals and create positive change. Unlike therapy, which often explores the past to heal, coaching is primarily future-oriented. It’s a partnership where I provide support, guidance and tools to help you:

While distinct, coaching and other modalities like counseling or mentoring can overlap. Coaching may touch on personal challenges insofar as they impact your goals, and it incorporates techniques to enhance self-awareness, similar to some therapeutic approaches. The core focus remains on forward movement and action.

The Coaching Journey
The ideal number of sessions varies depending on your individual needs, goals and progress. Typically, a coaching engagement lasts between 3 to 6 months, with sessions held weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
